Adwitiyaa is a dispute resolution lawyer whose practice combines commercial disputes, stressed asset and insolvency-related matters, and a specialist focus on PoSH and workplace complaints. She began her career advising and representing asset reconstruction companies, lenders and financial institutions in matters involving stressed assets, restructuring transactions and insolvency proceedings.
Over the years, she has advised on acquisition of distressed assets, represented clients across forums and developed significant experience in managing complex disputes and resolution processes. Alongside her commercial practice, Adwitiyaa has worked extensively with entrepreneurs and emerging businesses, advising on legal structuresand business growth strategies.
Since 2016, she has been actively engaged in workplace complaints and PoSH-related work, acting as an External Member under the PoSH Act and advising organisations, Internal Committees and stakeholders on inquiry processes, complaint management and procedural fairness.
Her interest in this area emerged through her work with women's issues and gradually developed into a specialised practice. She is particularly passionate about ensuring that workplace complaint processes are conducted with independence, dignity, fairness and legal rigour. Her approach is informed by years of litigation experience and a deep appreciation of how institutional decisions may ultimately be examined and challenged.
